Shipping Information

  • All DazzleBar Ltd. Orders are processed and shipped from Long Island, New York

  • After placing an order, two emails will be sent if a valid email address is provided. The first email will include you order confirmation. Once the order has shipped, a second email confirming shipment will be sent with tracking information

  • Orders ship generally within 24-48 hours, if not sooner! Large and personalized orders may require additional time.

  • All orders ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).

  • Cost is $8.00 if the order is under $100. And free shipping for orders over $100.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • We are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been processed.

  • We currently only ship to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. We also do not ship to Canada.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your new trendy threads and dazzling accessories but we know first-hand that unfortunately everything doesn't always work or fit perfectly. We are happy to accept all items that meet our return criteria (see below) within 14 days of delivery

  • Any full-priced merchandise that has not been washed, worn, or altered and still has its original price tag can qualify for store credit returns.

  • The following items are FINAL SALE:

    • Items Marked with FINAL SALE

    • Items purchased with or without a discount code that are 50% off or more.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timely fashion.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you have received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, contact us at thedazzlebar@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and provide a photo of the defect. All damages must be reported prior to wearing the garment and with all tags still attached. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE

  • DazzleBar Ltd. reserves the right to determine eligibility for returns and to update this policy at any time.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be for the price of the item purchased and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

  • Refunds may take a few days to post to your account. If you still have not received your refund after 5-10 business days, please contact us and your bank.

  • DazzleBar Ltd. is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records.

  • Any shipping fees associated with mailing back a return (unless defective or incorrect item), are the customer's responsibility.

  • Any items received after the 14 day return window or that do not fit our return policy guidelines will not be accepted and will be mailed back to you at your expense.

HOW TO SEND BACK A RETURN

  1. Package up your return with the original invoice or printed email confirmation included and mail it back. All returns can be sent to the return address on your shipment or address on the insert card.

  2. DazzleBar Ltd. is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged. We recommend you mail your return with a tracking number for your records.

  3. Please allow up to 5 business days after your package has been delivered to us for your return to be processed and your store credit/refund to be completed.
